Although I
possess no musical talent of my own, music is something that I greatly adore.
My tastes are quite eclectic and my CD collection contains music for all
occasions and moods. I drive Al crazy because I have it on constantly. I
just can't help it..... In the words of one of my favorite artists, India.Arie....

There are very few
types of music that I truly dislike, but there definitely are some that I
prefer. Staples of rhythm and blues, soul, jazz, classical, rock, new age, and
hip hop are a given. Naturally,
workout music and reading music are completely different. And, no doubt
that whatever musical we're seeing at
PPAC,
I'll have the soundtrack blaring that month. You KNOW that you can
always find some Classical, Enya, Andrea Bocelli or Jazz playing in the classroom while the kids
are working...
Of course, circumstances always determine my music of choice....
These days, I listen
mostly to podcasts and the podsafe music that's played there. Of course, I
still play music at school in the classroom so it's mostly instrumental.
So..
what's in my CD player right now... (in addition to the hundreds of songs in my
iPod...)
